If you have an insurance dispute or are unsure of your entitlements, we can help you. We act for people not only in Victoria, but Australia-wide and usually on a No Win, No Charge basis.
We all pay insurance premiums and expect our insurance company to look after us if we fall ill or become injured and cannot work. Sadly, insurance companies seem not to see it that way. Instead, claims are rejected or claimants are made to feel like criminals just going through the claim’s process. Furthermore, the process can be confusing, complicated and technical. Insurer’s know the playing field isn’t a level one, but when we act for you, our involvement changes that.

We’re not a shareholder company where your legal costs go to profit investors. We don’t spend thousands on television and radio advertising and we don’t spend money running focus groups for “catchy” marketing phrases that don’t make sense and which cost thousands of dollars. (In fact, we believe the best form of advertising is word-of-mouth. If you’re happy with our service you will tell your friends and they will tell theirs).
We don’t employ 60 people in our human resources department or in middle-management because it is unnecessary and costly and can mean only one thing – less money for you! We don’t operate under a ‘corporate structure’ where everyone has a fancy job title but couldn’t work in an iron lung.
We are a law firm whose aim is to provide the best legal advice available, provide a service that is efficient, delivered in easy-to-understand way and most importantly, is cost-effective. We love what we do and are good at it.
